Dear Scholarship Recipients,

Pursuant to the International Labour Force Law No. 6735, dated 28 July 2016, foreign national scholarship recipients are legally required to apply for a work permit exemption.

Once foreign national scholarship recipients submit their Work Permit Exemption Certificate and other required scholarship documents to the Scholarship/Payroll Unit, the relevant insurance and scholarship procedures will be initiated.

To assist foreign national scholarship recipients in completing their work permit exemption applications accurately and completely, the “Work Permit Exemption Application Guide for Foreign National Scholarship Recipients” has been prepared.
