Dear colleagues,

The 3rd International Civil Engineering and Architecture Conference (ICEARC'23) will be held in Trabzon on 12-14 October 2023. I invite you all to participate in this prestigious organization, which will also provide many networking opportunities, and to share your academic and practical knowledge. 

Traditionally, the ICEARC series is held every two years. Our first meeting, ICEARC'19, was successfully held in Trabzon on 17-20 April with the participation of many academics/practitioners/students from different countries of the world. Our second meeting in 2021 could not be held face-to-face due to the COVID pandemic but was held online in a different format. Internationally recognized scientists participated in ICEARC'21, which was held on 9-10 December, as invited speakers and shared their knowledge on current issues with the participants.

ICEARC series aims to bring together researchers and industry experts worldwide to discuss new technologies, methods, theories, and applications in all branches of civil engineering and architectural sciences and allow participants to form new collaborations. It is a general platform covering all topics of civil engineering and architecture disciplines. The official language of the conference is English. 

In the ICEARC'23 meeting, we have planned various tours and social and cultural activities that will provide the opportunity to get to know Trabzon and its surroundings, an important and historical city on the Black Sea coast as well as create a scientific and academic environment.

I am sure you will enjoy the congress quality and the nature and touristic places of Trabzon. We will be happy to welcome you to our city at ICEARC'23.
