When appointments are created in the Institute Appointment System for thesis defence examinations of postgraduate and doctoral students at the Institute of Science, the relevant appointment details are now automatically transferred to our Institute's Thesis Defence List.

Furthermore, depending on which department the student belongs to, this appointment information is simultaneously added to the ‘Thesis Defence List’ section under the ‘Student’ tab on the relevant department's webpage.

This arrangement aims to ensure that thesis defence processes are conducted in a faster, more transparent and organised manner and communicated to interested parties. We wish our students and academic units all the best.
