Sürmene Faculty of Marine Sciences, Department of Maritime Transportation Management Engineering, Faculty Member Assistant Professor Dr. Umut YILDIRIM's project titled ‘Scale Development Study to Identify the Problems Encountered by Turkish Women Officers in the Working Processes on Board’ was supported within the scope of TÜBITAK 3005 ‘Innovative Solutions in Social and Human Sciences Research Projects Support Program’.
