Our university took its place in NAFSA 2024, one of the world's largest international education fairs.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Hamdullah CUVALCI, accompanied by Vice Rector for Foreign Relations Prof. Dr. Halil Ibrahim OKUMUS, Lect. Sener KARAOSMANOGLU and Lect. Onur AYDIN from Office of Exchange Programmes, attended NAFSA 2024, one of the largest international education fairs in the world, held between 28-31 May 2024 in New Orleans, USA. More than 350 institutions from 50 countries from around the world were represented at the fair; Many meetings were held by our university delegation to develop international connections and collaborations, especially the Erasmus+ Programme. In this context, a cooperation protocol was signed between our University and Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, one of the most prestigious institutions in the field of Dentistry in India.

Our Rector made evaluations about NAFSA 2024. “I would like to express that NAFSA 2024 is one of the important steps towards realizing the internationalization vision of our University. The experience and connections we will gain at this event will further increase our education quality and reputation in the international arena. “I wish success to the participating University delegation and hope they make the best use of this opportunity.” said.

The preparations, correspondence and planning of the fair process were carried out by the Office of Exchange Programmes. The fair was very productive for our University.
