Mission

Our department aims not only to establish a qualified academic staff but also to train researchers who are open to scientific developments in the field of archaeology, capable of combining their knowledge with creativity, and making contributions to science through their work. In addition to this, our goal is to take the lead in uncovering the cultural heritage in the region through underground, underwater, and surface research.
