Your opinions about the university and satisfaction with the services are vital to achieve the goals in the 2024-2028 Strategic Plan of the University and maintain the quality assurance system in the planned direction. The survey results are regularly evaluated by the relevant units, boards, and commissions and announced on the website.

The applications implemented after the feedback are shared with you during the process and will be continued to do so. In this direction, we expect you to participate in the KTU satisfaction surveys, which will be available until 31 January 2024, considering the criteria of compliance with the law (confidentiality, protection of personal data and technical security measures, etc.).  We wish you luck in your study.
