The decisions taken as a result of activities, such as the Educational Development Commission, internal and external stakeholder meetings, and the Continuous Improvement Workshop, have been finalized at the Academic Board. In line with these, the Program Outcomes covering the MÜDEK outcomes have been decided. They are given below:
- Ability to use theoretical and applied knowledge in mathematics, science, and related engineering disciplines to solve complex engineering problems.
- Ability to select and apply appropriate analysis and modeling methods to identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems.
- Ability to design a complex system, process, device, or product under realistic constraints and conditions to meet specific requirements through modern design methods.
- Ability to select and use modern information technologies and tools needed for analyzing and solving complex problems encountered in engineering practice.
- Ability to design experiments, conduct experiments, collect data, analyze, and interpret results to investigate complex engineering problems or discipline-specific research topics.
- Ability to work effectively in disciplinary and multidisciplinary teams and work individually.
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and in writing in Turkish and at least one foreign language, particularly in English.
- Ability to access information and engage in life-long learning and self-renewal in various subjects.
- Ability to act in accordance with ethical principles, professional and ethical responsibility, and knowledge of standards used in engineering practice.
- Knowledge about the design and management of industrial engineering projects, entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable development
- Knowledge about the global and societal impacts of engineering practices on health, environment, and safety and contemporary issues reflected in the field of engineering, and awareness of the legal consequences of engineering solutions.
