URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING MASTER AND PHD PROGRAM WITH THESIS

Urban and Regional Planning Master's and PhD Programs aim to improve the knowledge and skills of the people who will work in the field of urban and regional planning; to train individuals who are experts in their fields; to train academicians to take part in the academic field; aims to contribute to academic experience with scientific research and studies.

Master's Program with Thesis is a two-year educational process; consists of two semesters of course and two semesters of thesis work. The program accepts undergraduate graduates from the Department of Urban and Regional Planning and four-year undergraduate graduates from outside the field. Students admitted to the program from outside the field go through a one-year scientific preparation process.

Ph.D is a four-year educational process; consists of four semesters of course and four semesters of thesis. While the graduates of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning can apply directly to the program, applicants from outside the field are required to have a master's degree with thesis. Students admitted to the program from outside the field go through a one-year scientific preparation process.
