Our Students Win First Place at Hackathon

At the inter-university ÜNİDES Advance-Up Hackathon, the AdvancedKTU team—composed of students from Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) representing the Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Mathematics departments—achieved an outstanding first place with a score of 86.6.
The hackathon, held between December 26–28, brought together 23 teams in an intense 32-hour innovation marathon. Throughout the competition, the KTU team distinguished itself through strong technical competence, innovative thinking, and effective teamwork, earning the highest evaluation from the jury. Considering that the second and third-ranked teams both received 81.6 points, the success of AdvancedKTU stands out with a clear score advantage.
