Social Psychology is a sub-branch of psychology that examines individuals' interactions with other people and how these interactions affect their behaviour, thoughts and emotions. It investigates how people behave in groups, how they relate to other people, their adaptation to social norms, and issues such as prejudice and discrimination. It also analyses the effects of social interactions on individuals' self-perception and identity development.
