Our Katot Team, working within the Faculty of Engineering, achieved remarkable success at the TEKNOFEST 2025 Robotaxi–Full-Scale Autonomous Vehicle Competition, winning the Most Unique Software Award in the Unique Vehicle Category.

Presented at a ceremony held at Bilişim Vadisi, the award highlights that the team’s innovative, high-efficiency software for autonomous vehicle technologies has been recognized at the national level. The team successfully achieved maximum performance using a minimal number of sensors, demonstrating that cost-effective solutions can be paired with advanced and unique software algorithms capable of handling complex tasks.

This outstanding achievement not only underscores Türkiye’s expertise in Autonomous Systems and Artificial Intelligence but also showcases the Katot Team’s potential to lead the way in next-generation technologies.
