KTU TTC promotes an entrepreneurial culture by supporting researchers, students, and entrepreneurs in developing business ideas, company formation, matching with investors, technical support, and project planning. TÜBİTAK 1812 BiGG Investment Implementing Institutio

KTÜ TTM is an authorized implementing institution under the TÜBİTAK 1812 BiGG Investment Program. It supports the development of technology-based business ideas through training, mentorship, and other assistance, while facilitating access to relevant funding.

Analysis and Validation of Innovative Business Ideas

Entrepreneurs’ business ideas are analyzed in terms of technology level, market dynamics, and competitive conditions to support the validation of the ideas.

Mentorship Support for Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs with technological and innovative business ideas receive one-on-one support in developing business models, preparing business plans, and enhancing the commercialization potential of their ideas.

Consultancy Support in Company Formation Processes

Guidance is provided on company establishment, legal structures, tax obligations, and other official procedures needed to commercialize business ideas, along with necessary direction and information support.

Support for the Commercialization Process of Startups

Assistance is provided in bringing technology-based ideas, products, and services to the market. Intellectual property and technology-based business ideas in the portfolio are promoted nationally and internationally and commercialized to create added value.

  • Technology Promotion: Technologies in the commercialization portfolio are presented to potential stakeholders through one-on-one meetings, targeted presentations, and technical documentation.
  • Bridging with Industry: Through commercialization-focused company meetings and field visits, startups are connected with industry, enabling the development of technologies aligned with industrial needs.
  • Access to Investor Networks: Connections with investor networks are established, and investment processes are supported through specialized presentations and mentorship.
  • Licensing and Transfer: Legal and administrative support is provided in the licensing and/or transfer processes of technologies suitable for commercialization. Additionally, risks are mitigated, and guidance is offered toward grant programs that facilitate the private sector’s access to patented technologies.
