KTU TTC develops strategic collaborations with public institutions, industry, technology transfer interfaces, and civil society organizations, ensuring the sustainability of these partnerships. By establishing collaborative mechanisms at regional, national, and international levels, it contributes to structuring research, innovation, and technology transfer processes in a systematic and strategic manner.
Coordination is provided for the target audience in network-building processes; collaborations are developed with national and international technology transfer interface structures, and joint activities are carried out.
Support is provided for establishing R&D, innovation, and technology transfer-focused structures within legal entities operating in the university, public sector, industry, and civil society. Through these structures, matches are made to develop and implement projects and collaborations with the target audience.
Matches are facilitated at regional, national, and international levels between the university and public institutions, industry, and civil society. The processes of finding partners, forming consortia, establishing, executing, and maintaining collaborations are coordinated, and the target audience is supported in these processes as well as in participating in various network mechanisms.
