To ensure the use of KTU’s infrastructure and academician pool to meet the local, regional, national, and international needs, to contribute to the development of the target audience in R&D and the innovation sectors and to act as a bridge in the cooperation of university- industry, to cooperate with relevant internal and external units and to operate with its interface ID in harmony.

Within the scope of developing university- industry cooperation: from industry to university, to assume the coordinator role in the accurate and timely flow of information from university to sector, to contribute to the adaptation and rapid commercialization of academic studies, to work with its result-oriented interface ID, to provide one-to-one service to the target audience, to have a sustainable structure that provides effective communication and cooperation with national and international stakeholders.
