He served as the deputy director of KTU Technology Transfer Application and Research Center (TTC). Assist. Emrah AYVAZ took over the position of KTU TTC Director from Prof. Dr. Oktay YILDIZ.

At the handover ceremony, which took place with the participation and speech of KTU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Faruk URSAVAŞ, Prof. Dr. Oktay YILDIZ, who has been conducting successful and effective studies for about 12 years, was thanked. The Vice Rector also wished the newly appointed AYVAZ success in his career journey and expressed his belief that these successes will continue.
